Sky1 and Sky1HD have a truly unmissable event set for Saturday 4th July. Sky is hosting the exclusive premier of Madonna: Sticky and Sweet – Madonna’s outrageously sexy live show from Buenos Aires.

Directed by Nathan Rissman, the Sticky and Sweet is a dance odyssey in four high-energy movements, seeing Madonna at her most uncompromising. Sticky and Sweet takes us through a sequence of further reinventions segmented into Pimp, Old School, Gypsy and Rave; a fusion of Madonna’s extensive greatest hits and her latest studio album Hard Candy.

With Sticky and Sweet, Madonna is quite literally reasserting her claim to the title of the Queen of Pop; the performance has been lauded as a “rock driven dancetastic journey”. Madonna has modernized many classics, playing a moody black Gibson guitar on many of the tracks, and has provided a high-impact selection of video projections dealing with current global and political events.
