Most legal music download sites will be proud of this and would mark it clearly in an FAQ section or "About Us". If not, contact the site first since as the article says, downloading illegal music files is an offense. If you choose to use file sharing software for the wrong reasons, you are the one who will take the heat, not the software developer ... Happy downloading! Nice article.
