Many people dream of being in a band. For most people they want to be the lead singer or wielding a guitar or sometimes both. This article is an introduction to how to play guitar for newbies.

However if you cannot afford this there are also book and DVD courses or internet video tutorials. These can all help you learn to get the most from your instrument and learn how to look after it.
